Ahead of Sequential Brands’ announcement today of its Q1 earnings, the company has unveiled a marquee partner: Martha Stewart. The one-woman lifestyle brand has signed a multi-year deal with Sequential that will see her creating exclusive product offerings for QVC in such categories as skincare, fashion, food and drink.

“Our brand has always been devoted to teaching and inspiring people to live more beautiful, more functional and more meaningful lives and our products provide solutions to do just that,” said Stewart. “I am thrilled to partner with QVC, which offers unique opportunities to engage directly with an even broader audience, bringing to life several new categories for the Martha brand including beauty and fashion.”
Stewart already reaches many millions of folks through her own efforts. The partnership with QVC, for which she will appear regularly on their airwaves, will add a good deal more. QVC, based in in West Chester, Pa. and founded in 1986, has retail operations in the U.S., Japan, Germany, the U.K., Italy, France and China (via a joint venture). In total, there are 15 different QVC channels.
