Gregory Schmidt, LIN TV’s executive vp of digital media since 2006 and a long-time manager with LIN since 1995, is exiting the TV group Aug. 15 to take a position as chief executive officer for Global Translation Inc., a company in which LIN TV has an investment.
In addition to Schmidt, LIN TV also announced Wednesday (July 23) that its senior vp and chief financial office, Bart Catalane is resigning his post Aug. 20. Catalane has taken a position as CFO of webloyalty.com
