Fox has pushed back its previously announced Fall programming start date by a week and will now air its first two-hour premiere on Sept. 1, when a special Prison Break will air.
The expanded first episode of the veteran drama Prison Break will air that Monday from 8-10 p.m. ET, while a special two-hour episode of returning drama Bones will air from 8-10 p.m. ET on Wednesday, Sept. 3. A two hour version of The Moment of Truth will air from 8-10 p.m. ET on Thursday, Sept. 4, and a special two-hour edition of Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader will air from 8-10 p.m. ET on Friday, Sept. 6.
The new Fox drama Fringe will premiere with a two-hour episode on Tuesday, Sept. 9 from 8-10 p.m. ET, while new sitcom Do Not Disturb will premiere on Wed., Sept. 10 at 9:30 p.m. Fringe will lead out of Fox veteran hit drama House.
Despite pushing back the start of its Fall season by a week, Fox will still be premiering its shows well in advance of the official premiere week start of the season later in September.
