Family Guy's McFarlane Signs Big Deal With 20th Fox

After a long and, er, drawn-out, negotation period, 20th Century Fox TV has signed Family Guy creator Seth McFarlane to what may be the highest paying deal ever for a writer/producer.

Reportedly worth more than $100 million, the agreement between 20th and McFarlane keeps him at the studio through 2012.

The new contract covers McFarlane’s work both on Fox’s Family Guy and American Dad, as well as the upcoming Family Guy spinoff The Cleveland Show.
