This is something of a modern-age media miracle.
Actor Ed Asner, 86, will fly to Ottawa, Canada this summer to film a second season of the CBC-TV series Michael: Tuesdays & Thursdays. Asner plays the part of Dr. Wasserman, a psychiatrist who treats another psychiatrist.
It’s miraculous because the first season aired in 2011. From Asner’s interview with amNewYork’s Scott A. Rosenberg, who asked what roles the actor considers:
