Groupon’s IPO finally looks to be back on track as the company inches closer to profitability.
WhaleShark Media, owners of RetailMeNot, Deals.com, and Deals2Buy.com, will acquire eConversions, the U.K.-based company that owns VoucherCodes.co.uk and Gutschein-Codes.de in Germany. TechCrunch reports that the sale will likely be worth around $40 million in cash and stock.
