In this era of Alexa, Google Home and Siri, marketers need to be thinking about the voice of their brand and how to interact with consumers in a voice environment.

Sean Kegelman, Spotify’s global head of data and audience solutions, offers some audio-focused suggestions for brand marketers in the video above. “It’s everything from helping educate them about audio, educating them about audio engagement with consumers, helping them understand the moods and tonality of music,” he explained during an interview at CES. “All of those things are important to help guide advertisers through the process.”
