Zynga unveils Appaloosa River expansion in FarmVille 2

Zynga has announced the largest gameplay update in FarmVille 2 history, introducing the new Appaloosa River expansion to farmers worldwide.

The expansion was announced on Zynga’s Twitch channel, where players were given their first sneak peek of the expansion. The Appaloosa River has started to overflow, giving players a chance to expand their farm into a dock over the flowing water at the right side of the screen. Players can choose to pay Farm Bucks to expand into the river early, or they can wait for the expansion to unlock for free in September.

Once players access the river expansion, they’ll be able to plant water-specific crops like Wasabi, Indian Lotus, Cranberries and more.
