YPlan, the spontaneous “going out app,” has announced an expansion of its platform to support venues and events in Las Vegas. In addition, YPlan has introduced its new partner portal, aimed at helping YPlan event partners create a “more seamless and engaging experience” for the app’s community.
YPlan is also live in New York City, London and San Francisco, and allows users to browse local experiences, book tickets and more without the need for planning to attend events days or weeks in advance.
The Las Vegas expansion includes venues both on and off of The Strip, including access to local restaurants, pool parties, clubs, concerts, variety shows and much more.
“Las Vegas is known for its stellar nightlife, making the city a natural fit for YPlan,” said Rytis Vitkauskas, YPlan CEO and founder. “The people who visit and live in Las Vegas are looking for amazing spontaneous experiences, and until now there hasn’t been a convenient way of booking tickets here. YPlan allows people to be spontaneous from the moment they land in Vegas until they’re out on the Strip at night.”
Via the app’s partner portal, event partners, like venue owners and event promotors, can add and control the content of their events at any time. This includes access to guest lists, the number of tickets sold (and remaining), and event revenue. During the portal’s soft-launch, partners manually added over 8,000 tickets to events on the YPlan platform.
“YPlan’s partner portal allows us to track our event ticket sales live and quickly add inventory when needed,” added Josiane Castonguay, account executive at Cirque du Soleil. “The portal is user friendly and provides an easy way to share information with our various departments.”
