Yahoo News Digest comes to Android with Canadian and International editions

Yahoo has launched its Yahoo News Digest app for Android users, alongside the release of two new editions of the app for Canadian and International users. These two editions join the existing US and UK versions of the app, which are also available on iOS. Across all editions, the app offers summarized news stories in a digest form so users can quickly stay on top of the day’s top stories.

The app updates with new stories at 8AM and 6PM local time, and includes stories chosen by both human news curators and machine algorithms.
