WP7 UI Appears On Other Platforms

I have to admit, when I first saw the Windows Phone 7 start screen I didn’t find it very appealing. To me, while the tiles on the screen are functional, I didn’t think they are very visually appealing. Fortunately there are enough live tiles to spice the appearance up, but its the visual appeal of the UI beyond the start screen, combined with Windows Phone’s performance, that really stand out to me.
