According to Reuters, “A lower court had granted Facebook’s request to enforce the settlement, and on Monday the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed.”

While this was somewhat expected, it’s incredible how long the Winklevoss twins have been embroiled in a legal battle with Facebook founder and Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg.
