Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer Votigo Rolls Out Social Marketing Suite

Social marketing software company Votigo announced the debut of its Social Marketing Suite, aimed at allowing marketers to promote, manage conversations, and analyze metrics across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, the Web, and mobile.

Social Marketing Suite starts at $15 per month, and current clients of Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer Votigo include Ford, Fox, JBL, Random House, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Sony Online Entertainment, Kaiser-Permanente, NCM Fathom Events, Energizer, and GoPro.

Features of Votigo’s Social Marketing Suite include:

  • Promotions Manager: A Votigo staple since 2007, Promotions Manager allows marketers to launch photo and video contests, sweepstakes, and other promotional applications across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social networks, guiding the entire process, from creation, to sharing, to moderation.
  • Conversation Manager: This new interface allows marketers to manage two-way conversations with fans on Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks, as well as to publish posts, links, photos and video and promotional campaigns across multiple social networks and accounts.
  • Social CRM: Votigo’s customer-relationship-management system allows users to manage social contracts, track engagement and influence, and target special offers and communications.
  • Engagement Apps: This set of apps includes photo and video galleries, fan exclusives, polls, and coupons.
