As Facebook noted in a Stories post Tuesday, more than 110 million songs, albums, and radio stations have been played 40 billion times through apps that use Facebook's Open Graph. Facebook took a highly visual at how songs trend across the country.

As Facebook noted in a Stories post Tuesday, more than 110 million songs, albums, and radio stations have been played 40 billion times through apps that use Facebook’s Open Graph. Facebook took a highly visual at how songs trend across the country.
Facebook mapped out the popularity of these songs over time, played through apps that share Open Graph data:
- “Can’t Hold Us” (featuring Ray Dalton), Macklemore and Ryan Lewis
- “Don’t You Worry Child” (featuring John Martin), Swedish House Mafia
- “Harlem Shake,” Baauer
- “Ho Hey,” The Lumineers
- “Just Give Me a Reason,” Pink featuring Nate Ruess
- “Radioactive,” Imagine Dragons
- “Scream and Shout,” will.i.am featuring Britney Spears
- “Sweet Nothing,” Calvin Harris featuring Florence Welch
- “Thrift Shop” (featuring Wanz), Macklemore and Ryan Lewis
- “When I Was Your Man,” Bruno Mars
Facebook notes that there were a few events with notable spikes, such as Feb.
