Viralheat Adds Smart Stream To Media Marketing Suite

Viralheat, which allows marketers to track the effectiveness of their Facebook pages, has added a new feature to its media marketing suite — Smart Stream. This new utility lets users customize smart filters to view brand mentions by keyword on Facebook, as well as other social media sites, such as Twitter and Pinterest.

With Viralheat’s Smart Stream, marketers can see where users are talking about the brand and respond in real-time on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Managers can save customized filters and quickly reply to users’ comments, questions, and concerns.

Vishal Sankhla, Viralheat co-founder and chief technology officer, described the new service in a press release:

This launch also includes a redesigned analytics dashboard that puts all social media figures in one place. Marketers can view keyword stats for Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and other sources with the ability to drill down for more specific numbers, and compare them to one another.

The new Viralheat utility also has a redesigned interface and targeted publishing. Users can post directly to Facebook from the Viralheat dashboard, which includes scheduled publishing, URL shortening, and post preview.
