Uber picks up Facebook's head of international growth

Uber, which was the employment destination of Facebook public policy managers Andrew Noyes and Corey Owens, recently hired another social network exec. The company announced Tuesday that Ed Baker, formerly Facebook’s Head of International Growth, has joined Uber as Head of Growth.

Uber, the luxury taxi service growing in popularity, also hired Brent Callinicos (former VP, Treasurer & Chief Accountant with Google) as Chief Financial Officer and Emil Michael (former Chief Operating Officer at Klout) as Senior Vice President of Business.
