Txtr to Power the Acer LumiRead eBookstore
The German eReader maker Txtr is coming out of the shadows and is starting to draw more attention to its products and services.
Txtr is best known for announcing an eReader in 2009 and then cancelling it in 2010. But that’s not all that Txtr does. It also developed and licensed the eBookstore for the Acer LumiRead (and others). Txtr also develops reading apps, both its own and for other companies. For example, it built the iOS app for the Bol.com
