Twitter Video-Sharing App Vine Hung Out To Dry By Facebook
Add one more application to the list of those being blocked by Facebook: Vine, a new video-sharing app from Twitter, joined Russian search engine Yandex’s Wonder and voice-messaging app Voxer on the list of apps that have been denied access to the social network’s data during the past week.

Vine launched Thursday morning, and it allows users to share six-second, looping videos. However, Vine users are being blocked from finding their Facebook friends while using the app.
The Verge reader Jeff Martines was the first to report on the issue, and Mashable pointed out that Vine has experienced delays in posting its videos to other social networks, but Vine videos it attempted to share via Facebook did not appear on its timeline.
