Hot on the heels of it’s First Amendment new hire yesterday, Twitter announced another high profile new hire today, snatching away Ben Grossman, the former Editor-in-Chief of Broadcasting & Cable to be the new head of Twitter’s Global Operations for Twitter’s Media team.
