Political Users See More Political Content on Twitter Than Facebook

About two in five (41 percent) of Twitter users who are very interested in politics report that at least half of the updates that they see are political, compared to just over one quarter (26 percent) of Facebook users who say the same, reveals a new study.

Pew Research found that the vast majority of both Twitter and Facebook users see some political content, with just 22 percent on Twitter and 14 percent on Facebook never seeing any at all.
