Twitter Adds Integration with Amazon, AOL Video, Gowalla, foursquare, Meetup, Plancast

Twitter continues to beef up its not-so-new-anymore New Twitter homepage, announcing the integration of Amazon, AOL Video, Gowalla, foursquare, Meetup, and Plancast.

Twitter continues to beef up its not-so-new-anymore New Twitter homepage, announcing the integration of Amazon, AOL Video, Gowalla, foursquare, Meetup, and Plancast, Mashable reported.

Those social media services join DailyBooth, iTunes, Ustream, YouTube, and TwitPic, which were part of the Twitter relaunch, as well as December additions Blip.tv, Instagram, Slideshare, Rdio, and Dipdive, according to Mashable.

Whenever Twitter users send a Tweet from one of the six new services, the Tweet will include multimedia information from those services.

foursquare was particularly enthusiastic about its addition, going into further detail in a post on the foursquare Blog written in true foursquare fashion under the title, “Yo dawg, we heard you liked foursquare, so we put some foursquare in your Twitter”:
