Twitch: Mobile Accounts for 35% of Monthly Viewership

Twitch has released its stats from last year in its 2015 Retrospective.

Video game streaming platform Twitch had a big year in 2015, with an average of 1.7 million broadcasters streaming content every month.

The company has released additional stats from its year in its 2015 Retrospective, which reveals users streamed over 241 billion minutes of content last year.

Using ComScore data, Twitch said its views equaled 421.6 minutes watched per month, per viewer, compared to 291 minutes on YouTube.

Twitch averaged 550,000 concurrent viewers in 2015. Concurrent viewers peaked on August 23, when over two million concurrent viewers watched content like the League of Legends NA LCS Finals and ESL One: Cologne 2015.
