Television shows joined Harry Potter, YouTube, Coca-Cola and music on our list of Top 20 Growing Facebook Pages this week. Our list is generated by our PageData tool, which counts the number of Likes added to a Page on any given day. It took between 1 million and 392,000 Likes to make the list this week. Fresh off the premiere of the critical film, “The Social Network,” Facebook’s Page added more than 1 million Likes, taking the total to 20.5 million. YouTube was fourth, adding 685,900 Likes to grow to a 14.7 million total. Coca-Cola was at number 10, adding 488,300 Likes to come in just under 13 million Likes. A handful of TV shows also were on the list this week. “The Simpsons” came in at number 5, adding 625,800 Likes to reach an 8.5 million total; the show just premiered last week and admins have been posting links to full episodes on the Wall. “South Park” was twelfth, adding 471,900 Likes, taking the total to 13.8 million by promoting old episodes and hyping up the upcoming premiere. “The Oprah Winfrey Show” followed at 13, adding 466,500 Likes, most of them in one day, though, making it seem like a Page consolidation; the Page’s total fans number just over 3 million. “Family Guy” was the sixteenth fastest-growing Page with 423,000 new fans busting a 18.1 million total. The newest “Harry Potter” movie also landed the Page on our list, at number 14 to be precise, adding 464,100 new fans to break 3 million. The Page is promoting an application and sweepstakes for the film’s premiere and the posters for the new movie also debuted this week. The rest of the list was dominated, as normal, by music. Beyoncé came in second to Facebook, adding 808,700 new Likes to an 8.5 million total by promoting her clothing line, but also from an apparent Page consolidation Saturday when 512,400 were added. Eminem followed in third place, adding 761,900 Likes to pass 15 million total Facebook fans. Selena Gomez came in sixth, adding 583,500 Likes, passing 10 million with the benefit of a Page consolidation on Tuesday of 315,000. Next in seventh place was Lady Gaga, who slid down the list this week, only adding 542,500 Likes to her 19.2 million fan base; she’s been adding tour dates and performing. Next was Rihanna in eighth place, having added 538,300 Likes to her 10.1 million; she’s been sharing clips from the making of her music videos. Ninth place was taken by Katy Perry, who recently appeared on “Saturday Night Live” and was nominated for some European musical awards; her Page grew by 530,000 Likes to pass 9.6 million. At number 11 was Linkin Park, which has been heavily promoting the group’s new album, singles and videos on Facebook. The band added 479,000 Likes to its 13.4 million-strong Page this week. Shakira’s Page was at number 15, adding 459,400 Likes to grow to 9.5 million after debuting her new music video, “Loca” and accompany Facebook app. Lil Wayne’s Page at number 15 added 418,100 Likes, grew to 12.5 million, his latest album just came out, he posted a letter from jail and premiered some music videos. Next at 18 was Justin Bieber, who added 412,000 Likes to his 12.5 million base, also having premiered a music video. Bob Marley’s Page followed at 19, 394,800 new LIkes on the Page took the total to 11.2 million, even though mostly videos of people covering his songs made up the Page’s content. Usher closed out the list at 20, adding 392,000 Likes to his 4 million as he readies to tour.
