Time Warner TWCable TV App Being Developed for Android Tablets

The TWCable TV for iPad app did not work for me when it was first released because the service was not available in my area at that time. Now, that service is available here, I have not been able to login and try it. The iPad app has received a lukewarm response according to customer ratings in the iTunes App Store. 6513 user have chimed in to give it a 2.5-star average customer rating (out of a possible 5) with 2857 people giving the app a 1-star rating (43.8%).
