6 More Beautiful Time-Lapse Videos Of People

By Megan O'Neill

Back in March of 2011 we put together a post of 10 Beautiful Time-Lapse Videos Of People, a collection of 10 amazing videos created by people who took photos of themselves or their loved ones every day for an extended period of time and then strung them together in video form to show the beauty of growth.  Over the past few weeks a number of awesome new time-lapse videos of people have gone viral, inspiring us to put together a little addition to our previous post.

Without further adieu, here are six more beautiful time-lapse videos of people.  We hope you enjoy them!

Noah takes a photo of himself every day for 12.5 years

Noah Kalina was one of the first people to go viral for this sort of video.  He’s racked up over 23 million views with his 2006 video ‘Noah takes a photo of himself every day for 6 years.’  This week, six and a half years later, Noah has uploaded an updated version.  The nearly 8-minute long video spans twelve and a half years of Noah’s life.  It truly is amazing to watch.

On a side note, last year, Noah and friends launched an app called Everyday that makes it easy for you to create a similar video.  Check it out!

Here’s a fun video that’s been going viral on Vimeo over the past week or so.  It doesn’t follow the growth of a single individual, but rather, a group of 100 different people, from age 0 to 100.

ML’s Daily Photo Project: Jump Man – 5 yrs.

Here’s a sweet music video that went viral at the end of last month, racking up over 1.4 million views so far.  Instead of just taking a plain, front-facing photo of his face everyday, this guy gets creative.

she takes a photo every day: 5.5 years

YouTuber madandcrazychild has been taking a photo of herself every day for five and a half years.  Each year she updates her video and uploads it to YouTube.  The latest, below, was uploaded in May of this year.

Lotte Time Lapse: Birth to 12 years in 2 min.

Frans Hofmeester filmed his daughter every week, from birth up until she turned 12 years old.  This is the result.

And finally, here’s a beautiful pregnancy time-lapse video that went viral back in March.  It’s been viewed over 9 million times.
