Job moves from around the Web today: Chris Fry, Twitter's SVP of engineering, steps down. He'll move into an advisory role. Alex Roetter, VP of engineering, steps up to take Fry's place. [TechCrunch] Evan Cohen, chief operating officer, and Holger Luedorf, head of business development, are leaving Foursquare. Like Fry, Cohen will remain at the company in an advisory role. Matrix Partners' entrepreneur-in-residence Jeffrey Glueck is expected to replace him. Mike Harkey, who is on the biz dev team, will step into Luedorf's role.
