The Zen of Steve Jobs: A Graphic Novel

Jobs journey with Otogawa takes place in the mid-1980s. After he left Apple, he went on to start a new computer company called NeXT. His new company was eventually bought up by Apple, bringing him back where he started -- Apple.

Forbes Magazine is publishing a comic book about Steve Jobs, with the help of JESS3. The graphic novel focuses on Steve’s travels to Japan, and his learning of Buddhism. It is appropriately called “The Zen of Steve Jobs.”

Forbes published the first page of the comic book at the beginning of September, and now there are four more pages from the upcoming graphic novel available in Forbes 400 issue. The Forbes-written and JESS3-designed book re-creates Jobs’ relationship with his friend and mentor, Kobun Chino Otogawa, a Japanese Soto Zen Buddhist priest.
