The National Book Awards Accepts iPad App Submission
The National Book Foundation has accepted an interactive eBook as a submission to the National Book Awards this year.
In an interview with inReads, Harold Augenbraum, executive director of the National Book Foundation, explains that the book did not fit into the existing submission guidelines but that the judges do consider any suggested changes to those rules every year.
He said: “We recently had a submission for the Awards and it was an app book [meant to be read on the iPad].
