The American University of Nigeria to Go All Digital by Fall 2011

The American University of Nigeria announced this week that it plans to replace all of its textbooks and course materials with digital equivalents. The university believes that this  will reduce costs for students and cut waste. “The cost of these books has skyrocketed all over the world in the last few decades. For some students, they have become simply unaffordable. To save costs, many students have had to share books, or forego them altogether.
