Software company Sysomos has launched a tool to help people manage Facebook pages.
The application, called Facebook Page Central, is currently in beta testing with a few companies. The beta testers have Facebook pages ranging in size from a few hundred to a few million fans.
The functionality includes auto-deletion of unwanted posts and spam and administrative notifications via email when a comment is left containing certain keywords. The software also offers the ability to create reports about the number of posts and comments, the level of engagement, hottest topics, the most active fans and sentiment analysis.
