Worst (Or Best) Hashtag Ever: #susanalbumparty

As folks are saying on Twitter, either Susan Boyle’s PR folks made a big mistake or they’re marketing geniuses.

Either way, we bring you the worst hashtag ever. Or is it the best hashtag ever? You decide.

Twitter is abuzz with folks laughing at the #SusanAlbumParty hashtag, that was sent out all lowercase as #susanalbumparty – making the gaffe even more apparent.

It was supposedly sent out by Susan Boyle’s PR team to promote her latest album – and then promptly deleted.

But was this a genuine tweet? According to @IsTwitWrong, it is:

A quick aside – @IsTwitWrong doesn’t have many tweets (yet), but bills itself as “a public service pedantry hub. Run by @flashboy, who sometimes retweets stuff without fact-checking.” Worth watching.
