Spredfast Acquires Social Customer Relationship Management Platform Shoutlet

Spredfast, a Facebook Marketing Developer, announced recently the company's acquisition of social customer relationship management (CRM) platform Shoutlet.

Spredfast, a Facebook Marketing Developer, announced recently the company’s acquisition of social customer relationship management (CRM) platform Shoutlet.

Through this acquisition, Spredfast’s product portfolio includes a social campaign builder, enriched CRM data and integrations that power better consumer insight. Spredfast was recently named a Leader and Shoutlet a Strong Performer in The Forrester Wave: Social Relationship Platforms, Q2 2015 from Forrester Research.

Shoutlet’s Madison, Wisc. headquarters and staff (which manages customers such as Best Buy, Four Seasons and Lowe’s) will become Spredfast’s newest development center.
