Everybody is fluent in social media nowadays.
Well, maybe. Certainly many people, brands and businesses are making full use of tools such as Twitter and Facebook to maximise audience engagement, driving traffic to their website to generate leads and sales.
Conversely, others are still using these platforms as nothing more than broadcasting mouthpieces, or, worse, making the kinds of social faux pas that leave the rest of us collectively shaking our heads while wondering exactly how something like that was allowed to happen.
