Twitter Sets IPO Price Range (The New York Times/Dealbook)
The social media darling took the first steps in the pricing of its eagerly awaited initial public offering on Thursday, setting a price range for its shares that was below what some analysts had expected. It planned to sell 70 million shares at $17 to $20 each. The pricing is the last major piece of information that Twitter will disclose before it kicks off a road show for investors on Monday.
