Instagram Debuts Video Sharing (SocialTimes) In Facebook’s hyped announcement Thursday, Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom announced that the photo-sharing service is rolling out video-sharing. “This is the same Instagram that we all know and love, but it moves,” said Systrom. AllFacebook Video on Instagram is available immediately as part of Instagram for iOS version 4.0 and Instagram for Android version 4.0. Its main features are: users can upload and share 15-second video clips; 13 video-only custom filters; selection of cover frames for videos; and Cinema, a video-stabilization feature.
