Hootsuite’s Love List indexes over 450 of the world’s top brands, using key metrics of social analysis to measure their reaction (and popularity) across the social web.
Starbucks finished first in the list in December, moving up three places from the previous month.
Chanel was second, ahead of Friskies, Urban Outfitters and Twitter.
November winner MTV fell all the way down to 12th.
