Just 45% Of Brands Have Policy For Dealing With Customer Complaints On Social Media [STUDY]
Less than half of brands have effective policy in place for dealing with negative posts on their social media channels, reveals a new study from Social Media Marketing University (SMMU).
Just 45 percent of marketing pros responded positively to the SMMU survey, with one quarter stating that while they don’t currently have a plan in place they do plan to implement one in the future. One in five respondents (22 percent) have no plan in place and no intention of developing one.
