New research from GlobalWebIndex has revealed that users are far more likely to interact with brands and brand content on Facebook than either Twitter or Google+, with about one in four (23 percent) clicking Like on a brand’s Facebook Page in the past month, compared to 7 percent who have followed a brand Twitter profile and 6 percent who have connected with their Google+ page.
19 percent shared photos from a company or brand on Facebook (7 percent Twitter, 7 percent Google+) and 16 percent asked Facebook friends about a product they were interested in buying (6 percent Twitter, 6 percent Google+).
