Digital-video-recorder and TV-search company SnapStream added support for native videos from Twitter, taking advantage of Twitter’s inclusion of native videos in its REST API last month.

SnapStream said in a blog post announcing the new feature that users of its service can “quickly and easily” upload captured TV moments to Twitter, with their Twitter audiences getting the best video experience.

Video tweets can also be monetized via Twitter Amplify campaigns, the company added.

SnapStream clients using its service to gather TV clips include The Daily Show and Last Week Tonight With John Oliver.
