According to Business Insider, Snapchat has grown from 21 employees last October to around 150.

Sperling may see some familiar faces in her new role at the messaging application, as Mike Randall, former director of Facebook’s Preferred Marketing Developer program, joined Snapchat in June as vice president of business and marketing partnerships, and former Instagram director of business operations and Facebook director of mobile partnerships Emily White became Snapchat’s chief operating officer last December.
