Facebook Testing ‘Send To Mobile’ Button On Game Stories In News Feed

Facebook added a “send to mobile” button to its app center last May in an effort to help drive application installs, and last August, the social network tested a similar option in the hover card that appears when users move their cursors over app-related stories in their News Feeds. Now, it appears that the social network is testing a send to mobile button directly within News Feed.

Blink Account Manager Hagar Refael shared the screenshot below, in which a story appeared in her News Feed about friends playing Texas HoldEm Poker, and a send to mobile button appeared beneath the facepile, next to the “play now” button.
