Facebook continues to experiment with its self-serve ad-creation tool, with the latest test offering users a list of pages, applications, and other potential destinations for ads that they might be connected to.

Sister blog Inside Facebook had the details on the new design test, saying that icons and names are included for all Facebook objects that the user has administrative privileges for.

The new layout being tested also provides a “getting started” sidebar module with sample ad destinations, replacing the empty search box labeled “destination” that currently occupies that spot in the self-serve ad tool.

The social network ran a test in late-March, in which the self-serve tool was organized by marketing objectives.
