Facebook Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman, Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer, and Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal declared sales of Facebook shares in Form 4 filings Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ebersman sold 11,700 Facebook class-A shares at $24.09 apiece, and 11,700 at $24.18 each, and he still holds 2,291,488 shares.
Schroepfer sold 15,000 shares at $24.94 each, and he now holds 1,116,409 Facebook class-A shares.
And Athwal unloaded 125 shares at $24.18 each, and still holds 174,777.
