Mark Zuckerberg, Marc Andreessen Detail Facebook Secondary Offering Stock Sales; David Ebersman Sells 23.4K Shares

Facebook Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Director Marc Andreessen detailed their sales of Facebook shares as part of the company’s secondary offering in Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, while Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman sold off some shares in two transactions that were unrelated to the secondary offering.

Zuckerberg converted 41,350,000 class-B Facebook shares to shares of class-A common stock in the company, and then included them in the offering, which was priced at $55.05
