Facebook Chief Financial David Ebersman sold off two more parcels of Facebook shares, but the total was nowhere near the 900,000-plus he unloaded earlier this month.
Ebersman reported in a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday that he sold 11,700 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $46.30 per share, and another 11,700 at $44.59 apiece.
Ebersman now holds 669,659 shares in the company.
