Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg reported sales and gifting of stock in the company in a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Friday.
Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg reported sales and gifting of stock in the company in a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Friday.
Sandberg voluntarily reported two blocks of Facebook class-A shares that she gifted early: 212,630 shares, and 187,730 shares.
She also sold 275,734 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $46.8852 apiece, and another 7,600 at $47.4222.
Sandberg now holds 11,440,173 class-A common shares in the company.
