Andreessen Horowitz Fund III conducted a pro rata distribution of 504,538 shares of Facebook class-A common stock to its general and limited partners, and the fund now holds 504,538 Facebook shares.
AH Equity Partners III received 4,979 shares from the pro rata distribution by Andreessen Horowitz Fund III, and it then distributed 4,979 to its members and assignees, leaving it with no Facebook shares.
AH Parallel Fund III conducted pro rata distribution of 349,179 class-A shares to its general and limited partners, and it now holds 349,176 shares in the company.
AH Equity Partners III Parallel received 3,435 Facebook class-A shares from the pro rata distribution by AH Parallel Fund III, and it then distributed 3,435 to its members and assignees, leaving it with no Facebook shares.
