Facebook Vice President of Business and Marketing Partnerships David Fischer and VP and General Counsel Colin Stretch detailed their sales of stock in the social network in Form 4 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.
Fischer sold 12,000 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $50.59 each, and another 12,000 at $47.39 apiece. He now holds 517,082 Facebook class-A common shares.
Stretch unloaded 2,397 shares at $50.59 each, and he now holds 51,744.
