Facebook’s top executives kept the Securities and Exchange Commission busy Wednesday evening, as Form 4 filings detailing trading activity in the company’s stock were filed by Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg, Vice President and General Counsel Colin Stretch, Director Marc Andreessen, Co-Founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and Chief Technology Officer Mike Schroepfer.
