Facebook chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg and chief product officer Chris Cox detailed their sales of Facebook shares in Form 4 filings Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Sandberg sold 283,334 shares of Facebook class-A common stock at $74.9924 per share, and she now holds 6,511,945 shares in the company.
And Cox sold 41,404 class-A shares at $74.9802 apiece, leaving him with 574,851.
